Check out t-Rex engineering. They have the best suspension system (almost) that money can buy :)
I've been driving around in my 99 CTD for the last 2 years with King OFFROAD full coil over system I designed. I can fit 37" BFG MT's on my stock Dodge rims with no rubbing.
I've gone up curbs at over 45 mph and the sidewalls just soak it up nicely. It does freak my friends out to see me launch a 6000+ lb truck a few feet in the air at highway speeds.
