This report may be a ZOT, but I can honestly report that on Inauguration Day the flags outside Boston Town Hall were flapping at the bottom of their respective polls. Honest mistake or childish protest at the hands of Mayor Tom "Mumbles" Menino?

the upside down flag was reported on tx radio stations on the afternoon of I believe jan20, but i have not been able to find it in print anywhere. just like back when the tx media ignored the book from a couple of years ago that implicated LBJ in the JFK assassination. NO mentioned hardly at all.
