They came strictly to cause trouble. They had drums, were yelling and had a ridiculously large sign with heavy poles to hold it up. By the time it was over, the thing was crumbled on the ground in a heap.
Sounds like "Direct Action" over in Lansing/East Lansing. Awhile back some jokers(*) there chained themselves to a gas station pump protesting "oil". They have the bongos, bullhorns, ugly people(outside and inside), and everything else as well. "USA is Fascist" was one of their more tamer chants.
