She looked stunning, very sophisticated. It left me wondering why she can't look like that all the time, she'd get a lot more respect from the stupid shallow Democrats.

I've never seen Rice when she wasn't appropriately dressed. Understated elegance appears to be her preference.

Rice is a serious person with a serious job. Looking like a fashion plate, or a Manhattan socialite, is probably not a good idea and would most likely reduce her credibility.
