A major flaw in science, as I see it, is that there must not be any supernatural forces if they are judging or intelligent, but there can be supernatural forces if they are dumb.

Wrong.
It's not a flaw, it's the definition of science.

Science is the study of what happens when there are no supernatural forces involved.
If supernatural forces are involved, then it is Theology.

Speaking of theology...

God: I won't bother creating other Gods with equal abilities as mine so I have a wide verity of like-minded Gods to enjoy life with and benefit one another. Na, no logic in doing any of that. No logic in creating a Mrs. God to.... ahem... well, you know, give the woman's touch around here.

I'm going to steal your response and repeat it often. It kinda reminds me (though not directly) of the Astrophysicist who said, "without religion, humanity has "bad" people doing bad things and "good" people doing good things. For a "good" person to do a bad thing he/she must be influenced by religion".

I think you missed my point, which was laden with irony.
