Former President Bill Clinton and Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.), joined by Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.) and his wife, Victoria Reggie Kennedy, shared a table with Karl Rove, the president's chief political adviser. I'll bet Rove had a difficult time eating with that grin on his face...

Kennedy: (as he bobbles his fifth glass of wine) "So Karly Boy you beat us pretty good..."
Rove: "Yes, sir Senator - we drove the car right off the bridge..."

So the question is did Rove PO somebody who made the seating arrangements or did he just want to give the Clitons and Jabba-the-Kennedy indigestion?

That is hilarious -- that is exactly how you do it and your detractors are the ones that end up with heartburn!

Former President Bill Clinton and Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.), I caught a glimpse of their table yesterday, before the cameras shut down.
Tommy Thompson was sitting right next to Hilliary, and the look on his face seemed to say: "What did I do to deserve this?"
To: fight_truth_decay
I don't know how Karl could eat with that bunch! YUCK!!

I'll bet Rove had a difficult time eating with that grin on his face... I doubt if there was anything left to eat with Jobba the Swimmer at the table...

Thompson got stuck at the Clintons' because Bill Clinton tried to sit with the Bush twins, but the twin's Secret Service Agents wouldn't let him, citing their personal security needs --- Clinton being a date rapist and all.
To: MeanWestTexan
Good one!
Actually, the old horndog was ogling those twins yesterday, I caught him doing so at the Inaugural.
To: texasbluebell
I hope someone caught that on tape --- be a great freeze to show what a slimeball he is.
To: MeanWestTexan
I was taping, so I've got it. Don't know how to freeze it though.
It was a funny moment.
The girls were standing there getting themselves seated after they had walked in, and you get a view of the toon in the background, unashamedly staring with just a little smile on his face.

"...or did he just want to give the Clitons and Jabba-the-Kennedy indigestion?"
I think so. Rove's been enjoying himself thoroughly lately.

Most shocking pairing was that the Clintons sat together...probably the first meal they've had together since the last official event in the White House before they left four years ago...
To: MeanWestTexan
Well, we all know what a slimeball he is already.
He was looking at them the way he's looking at this African dancer, during one of his boondoggles.

Tommy Thompson was sitting right next to Hilliary, and the look on his face seemed to say: "What did I do to deserve this?" LOL - could you blame him? ;-)
