Why couldn't Rush choose one of these organizations?

I don't think Limbaugh himself had anything to do with the ACLU getting involved. He didn't ask them to, and he's mentioned their involvement only in passing when commenting on his case. He sure isn't plugging the ACLU.

Having said that, however, I wish he would have gone on the air early on and publicly told them "Thanks but no thanks." Maybe he felt at the time that he needed all the friends he could get.

Rush may not have invited the ACLU on board but Rush is maintaining that he has a RIGHT TO PRIVACY the very same Argument made by Roe in Roe vs. Wade.

Now does Rush only support HIS Right to Privacy or does he also support a woman's Right to Privacy when visiting her doctor?
