LOL. The above was just some good old grandmotherly advice. It works, too.
Well, seeing as you're not even old enough to be my mother (well barely), and my digestion works just fine unaided, I would advise you to reserve that advice for the freepers for whom it may be needed.........they're out there. TRUST me. :o)
