No, it doesn't, not one bit. On the contrary, it builds on the legacy and the sweeping goals that Reagan set for this country. I'm extremely disappointed in Peggy tonight, but she has this kind of routine when she appears on TV.

It does, as well as it builds upon other notable Presidents' achievements. Each successive President (usually) attempts to incorporate the best of his predecessor's, take inspiration from the heart of the character of this country, and expand on our achievements. This is what G.W. has courageously chosen to do. It's what Reagan did. It's what Lincoln and Truman did. Name after name could be supplied to validate this noble tradition.
