I believe the society game is to dine at the WH. Quite frankly I wouldn't be inviting these jackals there either. Who wants to invite someone to the WH to be savaged in the press the next morning by them? The press and socialites haven't made much of an effort to do anything for the Bushes. I don't know why they think the Bushes should do anything for them. They are a bunch of ungrateful hangers on.

I'm sure they do throw parties, but I think they resent the lack of socializing by the Bush group because they're being kept from the hub of power .. they can't make their deals. Just my 2-1/2 cents .. ;)
