Thanks for the pics. Was it very cold yesterday in Portland? The protesters don't seem to be very warmly dressed. Perhaps the police could have hosed them down with water and let these delusional souls unlock themselves in the cold.
I'm still trying to figure out why they'd handcuff themselves to a GAS PUMP!!
