I wanted to watch the whole thing up here, but I'm in the country and do not have cable or a dish. I was FORCED to go back and forth between ABC and CBS.

I watched ABC and was stunned at the outrageous and blatant bias of Peter Jennings. He got in sooooo many little jabs at President Bush it was unreal. Comment after comment to ridicule and heap scorn on the president. He was even nasty to Laura Bush...said that four years ago she probably didn't even know who Oscar de la Renta was but now she wears his clothing.

He is such an arrogant jackass. Must be something about Canadian blood.

Peter Jenning's crass remarks about Laura only demeans him, not her. Apparently, he is ignorant of the fact that Laura was the Texas governor's wife and the daughter in law of a vicePresident and a President...and no stranger to the WH. His remark shows that he is neither a gentleman nor a competent commentator.
