Maybe the SS talked unfavorably about the xlintons because they hurled profanities, vulgarities, and occasionally, lamps at them. :o)
The author of the book said the staff said the Clintons treated them like pieces of furniture. Especially Hillary. They were afraid of her. They said Clinton would shove them out of the way when meeting in hallways, etc.
