An embassy car was put on fire the night before Friday outside Denmark´s embassy in Stockholm. An extremist organization claims responsibility for the arson attack.
A burning embassy car was the last in a series of incidents aimed against the Danish embassy in Stockholm. The embassy has previously had windows smashed and walls smeared in paint.
An organization calling itself "Global Intifada" has claimed responsibility for all the attacks, saying they were acts of vengeance because of Danish military presence in Iraq.
"The imperialists can expect to be attacked all over the world in the same way as their troops are attacked daily in Iraq," the organization said in a statement.
Global Intifada describes itself as a network of independent groups and individuals living in Sweden.
In September, the last time it claimed responsibility for vandalizing the embassy, the organization said in a statement it was a "demonstration against the Danish state´s support of America´s imperialistic war on Iraq."
A month later, the group attacked a weapons factory in Malmö by breaking windows and smashing bottles of paint on the façade.
These sound more like radical leftist students than radical muslim jihadis.

That said, there has been practically a propaganda war waged against Denmark by Swedish state media, attacking Denmark for its stance in the war on terror and its immigration policies.
In this sibling fight, I will have to take the Danish side.

The Swedes have, as a nation, been absolute pussies ever since Poltava.
Submit, submit, submit, that's been their credo. Couldn't be bothered to take sides in WW I. Sold state-of-the-art steel to the Nazis as a price for their ''neutrality'' in WW II. Stayed out of the Cold War, except when they found it temporarily profitable to spy for one side or the other...usually the other, btw.
And now, their richly deserved reward is that the radical Islamics have taken over Maalmo to the point where neither the police nor any citizen will go into the contaminated areas.
And that's what total national gutlessness reaps. All that's left to these meatballs is herring. Rather more than they deserve, in this observer's view, but -- there it is.
And, any Swede who dares flame me will be required to explain, in so many words, why ''lonely'' (ensam, ödslig, enslig and their variants) is the single most common term in Swedish newspapers'/websites' personals advertising. That's what happens when a nation gives up its guts.
