"But supporters say he's a prime candidate for clemency, in part because he became an author of children's books while in prison."

I don't care if he became a nun while in prison.

Kindness to the cruel is cruelty to the kind.

If the Leftists are so fond of these monstrosities, I suggest they move in with them.

yesterday I heard twice the argument on a radio talk show that life terms are sufficient because they can't kill anymore --- at the top of the news hour they led with the story of a California corrections officer stabbed to death in prison ---

When they're dead they can't kill anymore, either. Neat how that works, isn't it?

This piece of garbage should fry just for his role in founding one of the criminal organizations which have been responsible for (how many???) murders, drug addictions etc. and turned sections of major cities into war zones!

Yup. Nor can they escape, either. Nor sell their stories & t-shirts. Nor run sympathy mongering web sites. Nor marry murderer-groupie crazy women. Nor have their lawyers carry orders to their buddies 'outside'.
