"What are the chances the forgeries will be caught? What are the chances that the fact name may be a close match to a name on the watch list."
I don't know... Given essentially unlimited resources, they could even buy legitimate passports from many countries I suppose... A "close match" might get your prints checked, but if they haven't done anything to get on file yet they are clean.
Is it your opinion then that tramping through the desert from the Mexican border is the MOST promising way to sneak in this country, again, having unlimited resources ?
The most promising way would to find someone of a neutral nationality that has no previous terrorist ties and use them. Thats why were seeing reports of Al Quada in South America. Chinese nationals would also be a good choice, as most Americans wont pay attention to them.
There is no sure fire way of getting in, but the least desirable would be to step in front of an LEO and say here I am, can you figure out who I am.
YUP.
Well said.
It seems to me
Just the logic of the situation is very heavily weighted against your statement:
1) Millions of illegals coming across yearly successfully.
2) At least thousands if not tens of thousands of Islamic Jihadi's eager to get into our country to cause trouble.
It really doesn't take a rocket scientist for Group 2) to beomce part of Group 1).
Either the puppet masters are also eager for that to happen
or
Or the governmnet has not been . . . . wise . . . to say the least.
Your point on this score is among the least impressive I've ever seen you post.
Evidently you've never lived in China.
Or, you had your eyes and ears closed when you did.
Chinese leaders
REALLY DO NOT CARE ****THAT**** MUCH
if they lose 100's of millions of citizens to DEATH in a war.
Their pride is almost of and often is of paragon importance. Certainly their Nationalistic press to achieve this century as a CHINESE CENTURY with China on top of the whole world is a very real goal.
There are other forces in the culture pushing toward the same end.
They would be happy, if not gleeful, to see the USA on the bottom of the heap. And, they fully expect it to be that way--with more than a little help from them.
I have talked to enough well connected sources in China, I have absolutely no doubt about the above assertions.
I don't know where you dredge up your conclusions--but I suggest a new region of the sea.
Woop woop. Nil impact in terms of these issues.
They still obsessively prefer cash and tons of savings.
Am not even beginning to believe that you have your facts straight.
China does threaten the US fairly regularly.
They really do NOT CARE how much they may need our money. They will cut all such off in a flash if and when the time comes--EVEN IF THE MOTIVATION WAS PRIDE ALONE.
You clearly have not lived much in China or were blind and deaf if you did.
I suppose you haden't noticed, but I stopped particiapting in this thread after gop1900ad called his mommy on me. I get called all kinds of nasty things and... nothing. I point out that his facts don't add up (and he clings to them), which is, well, stupid, and I get put on notice. Go figure.
(bracing myself for the oh-so-believable denial on his part -"just a strange coincidence -I'm shocked -SHOCKED that this has happened...")
The reason the lead moderator told you to knock it off is because you purposefully posted the same thing over and over.
Someone probably got a little irritated when they saw your 20-odd duplicate posts and hit abuse on a couple of 'em.
The fact remains that you repeated, purposefully posted the same thing 20 times.
HINT: That's annoying, and the moderators agree.
Whatever dude.
A hundred conspiracy theorist? Oh brother, is that the best you can come up with? Ad hominem, yes indeedy ...
Look, if you can't make a case for yourself, that's your problem, not mine. It does, however, lend creedence to the point I made about your intelligence that led you to call for mommy.
It sounds more like it would be fair to surmise that you are the conspiracy theorist...one with a more or less express anti-union agenda. My concerns have always been national security. And I have no personal or pecuniary interest in unions. And while a number of unions have been coopted by irrational...and in some cases...dangerous idealogues, overall, I don't knee-jerk 'go-off' against unions per se. Many of them have served as a useful social relief valve in the past, and in some part with the concomitant building and sustaining of a middle class, have even been a bulwark (until recently) against wholesale communist suasion of labor. The level of near-succes of a complete phony such as Kerry should frankly alarm anti-union bigots such as yourself. The level of gullibility, or dupery [sic], if you will, implied is sickening. It represents, as in California, a broader coalition of the wealthy ivory-tower types, alligned with a demogogic coterie of various radical interests (usually of middle-class origin) and the usual government-hand-out class at the low-end. This broad spectrum of electoral susceptibility to the Left's soap, means we are in deep, deep, doo-doo.
And the way to confront it is not to further divide the conservative coalition. A lot of union households are indeed conservative on core issues of freedom. 2nd Amendment rights, national security, abortion, educational accountability, you name it.
Here in Minnesota we had an anti-union resolution come up at our State convention in 2000 as a proposed platform plank. And it again surfaced in 2002! Fortunately, it was overwhelmingly voted down both times by the body as a whole. [Each time it needed to be pulled out of the platforms for discussion and debate, otherwise it would have been approved in bloc-fashion!] If it had not, all of the state's serious party efforts to woo a large number of trades groups would have been washed down the toilet.
Border security is a real phenomenon to all of us. To try and trivialize it as union hog-wash is simply beyond the pale.
Be careful what you wish for. The railroad owners would routinely refuse to ship grain for farmers, they called it leverage but in truth farmers went broke and the railroads bought up the land.
The result were the Teamsters to ship grain. Men to drive the teams and a man to ride shotgun. The Pinkertons went after them and it got ugly, but the Teamsters Union was born.
Laissez faire economics is just as dead as communism.
not sure what LGF is, but you should re-read up on your leftist history. Liberal revisionism not withstanding, very few industrial Age railroad concerns made any money at all. Some astute traders made a profit, but most went bankrupt because of union cerncerns. Several of these bankruptcies led to depressions in the 19th century.
Yeah, that's because I'm a Reublican, not a Socialist.
