Did the Republican leadership in the Senate approve this a** hole Kennedy request to hold Gonzales nomination?

I said a long time ago that Bush sucks them in, then laughs as he slides by, kicking them in the arse...he is Red Skelton playing a matador, Bugs Bunny playing with Elmer, Droopy at his best...good, decent, honest, focused, humble...and most importantly...correct.
It would serve the Legislature well to adopt more of his tactics...it's far easier to let your opponent fall past you in headlong rush than in actuality buttress them in trying to pull them up short.
