If I am not incorrect on this point, Dr. Rice will actually be the fourth person in line to succeed the President if such a disaster were to occur. Number Four to lead the United States of America, out of 250 million people. Not bad.

I prefer the line to go through the cabinet. If there is a sufficient crisis that the president and vice president are dead, I don't want the Speaker (even Hastert) running things. I want either the SecDef or the SecHomeland or the AG running things.
