I'm assuming that you mean those that question Rice and Powell credentials as "real black Americans." They fear the power of the individual to control their own destiny. For liberals, the power belongs to the government and no just society can exist without its active and overwhelming intervention.

A lot of black people are starting to figure this out too. One of my great friends, Herman Cain, is also a part of this movement. As more and more minorities become leaders in the GOP, other minorities will start joining the party in high numbers--I hope atleast.
