For once, I happen to agree with the "toe sucker". Condi has the best chance. All of the high profile candidates are losers with conservatives. McCain, Rudy???? I don't think so. Frist and the rest just don't have the star power that will get moderates, independants lathered up. Condi can do both. Plus she will destroy the black dem base. Why do you think the Dims have started the campaign to destroy Condi's credibility and integrity? They fear her in '08. They know she would beat any candidate they can produce.

The members of FR have been saying all along that Hitlery's gonna run in 2008, even though some thought she'd run in '04. She's sucking up big time to the voters the demoncRATS lost in '04. That's no different to what she advised her sexual predator hubby to do.

Problem with Jeb is that he said (numerous times) he ain't runn'n. Plus, many voters might be tired of Bush-es. Whose George Allen (rhetorical). As is stands now, Condi can get the job done for sure. Of course she will be labeled an Uncle Tom, House negro, etc. by the hysterical left.

I'd like to see Colorado Governor Bill Owens run. He's a good man and has worked in the legislature.
His only problem is his separation from his wife.
Little info on reasons is available, and while early speculation included infidelity, no follow-up has materialized.

Biography of Bill Owens

Condi has not proved herself that she could handle big time politics. A senate win in 2006 would show she has the right stuff.

My major problem with a run by him.
I said this in 2000 and it's still true (IMO) look at who we have, and look at who the democrats have. Ask yourself who has the better candidates?

I usually enjoy what Morris has to say, agree with him on Guiliani and McCain, and like his suggestion for Condi Rice, at least in the VP slot, but I don't think Hillary will be a strong candidate and not a strong candidate with minorities, either. Bill Clinton could get away with being called the first Black president but Hillary is the Ice Queen and screams WASP! no matter what she does. I can't see that motivating minorities to get out and vote for her. Of course I get the feeling that Dick Morris, who clearly has no love for Hillary, might be trying to get Democrats to take the bait so she'll take a fall.

If Hillary is delusional enough to believe she can be elected, and if the same basic crowd of losers who buy into that pipedream empty their pocketbooks and wallets to help her, and even assuming that the dwindling influence of the lamestream media is automatically in the tank for Hillary, she will come nowhere close to even the electoral vote count of J F'in K.

Everytime the subject of a Hillary '08 run comes up, the same predictable chowderheads all chant in unison that Hillary 'will get the vote of women', and tell me, just what kind of horseshirt is that? Are American women so stupid that they will ignore ALL issues except the fact that one of their own gender is running for President? Would they vote for Andrea Yates for president (who drowned her kids in Texas)? The answer is obvious: NO!

Would women who KNOW that Hillary is four-square in favor of abortion-on-demand vote for her? Hell no, they would NOT!

Hillary no more has a lock on any voting bloc than Kerry had a 'lock' on the Vietnam Veteran vote. She is shrill, she has all the warmth of a three-day-old cod, and her insufferable ego would not allow any competent campaign manager to be anything more than a figurehead, and I doubt that she could even make it to the convention to be nominated. And if she did, by the time she gets there the 'Rat nomination won't be worth a tinkers damn.

As I have said before, Hillary is NOT going to be president in this lifetime, or ANY lifetime, and you CAN take that to the bank.

You hear that all you curmudgeons out there?

but I don't think Hillary will be a strong candidate

I don't know if she does or not. All I do know it's a long time till 08, and anything can, and probably will happen between now and then.
IMO (freely given and worth almost that much) if she let's Bill run her campaign she has a very good chance of getting the nomination. As he is just about as good as you're going to see at running a campaign.

Fear of Condi may be why Boxer and Kerry and the other dems went ape poop in her confirmation hearings... It was shameless and distasteful watching them attack her... but if attack her they must to bring her down for 2008 they will do, regardless of how tasteless and unwarranted and petty it is.

No truly strong woman with an ounce of self respect is going to vote for a woman who's husband repeatedly humiliated her in front of the world, and gave him a pass for it.

Sure liberal women will vote for her, but I said "NO TRULY STRONG WOMAN WITH AN OUNCE OF SELF RESPECT".

If Hillary runs for re-election in 2006 and is defeated, it's the last we'll ever hear of her.

Note to interviewer: Ms Rodham has never held elective office either.

Note to Morris: Bill Richardson is positioning himself to run for the Democrat Nomination. He'll get 95% of the Hispanic vote. The Rodham-Richardson primaries should draw media attention.

The Left will scream "dynasty!" enough to scare wussy conservatives away if Jeb runs. I say GO CONDI!

If he runs, he will be formidable. Strong resume.

Hillary has name recognition, over him. Lotsa folks won't believe "Richardson" is hispanic, enough.

This observer doesn't feel Condi is presidential material, yet.
