And I'd sign the petition right below your name.

It is time, no it is past time to recall this traitor.

I'd sign a petition to recall Kerry.

Kerry's just yet another absentee Rat senator.. I'd rather have him in office than someone who is being a real pain in the rump. I'd sign a petition to recall Boxer in a heartbeat.. Or rather, a petition to have the senate to refuse to recognize her.

Actually there is or was a petition provided by the Federalist Patriot to remove John Kerry from even his Senate office and to prosecute him for treason. I signed it but have not heard how this is progressing however. I know the Federalist Patriot was realistic in their view that nothing would happen with the petition till after the Nov 2 election....but I have not heard any status report for some time now http://federalist.com/ My view is that the good ol' boy atmosphere in the U.S. Senate will stifle and stop this, with most Repubs acting like weenies and likewise defending Kerry as one of their own. Too bad!

Petition to Investigate and Indict John F. Kerry for acts of treason
To Senate President Richard Cheney, Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist and Attorney General John Ashcroft

We, the People of these United States, rightfully petition our national government to prosecute John Kerry for "giving aid and comfort to the enemy" and to disqualify him for national office.

Kerry has a long and well-documented history of providing "aid and comfort" to the enemy in time of war -- particularly in the case of North Vietnam, Nicaragua and Cuba. Kerry, by his own account of his actions and protests, violated the UCMJ, the Geneva Conventions and the U.S. Code while serving as a Navy officer. Kerry met, on two occasions, with North Vietnamese negotiators in 1970 and 1971, willingly placing himself in violation of Article three, Section three of the U.S. Constitution, which defines treason as "giving aid and comfort" to the enemy in time of warfare.
