We can't get Fox News in Toronto unless we buy digital and that costs way too much.

Really? How much is Rogers Digital here in Toronto? We have the Fox News Channel here in Toronto (channel 197) and (I believe) the only cost incurred for us is the $8.95 digital converter box per month. Fox News Channel isn't that much, is it?
