I like your sig. If Bush wants to put a Hispanic on the Court, he should find Miguel Estrada, a vioctim of liberal bigotry.

You and I know that if Estrada's name were Michael Street, he'd be on the Federal bench today.

He'd be a far better choice than Al (Pro-Abort) Gonzalez.

Estrada is a member of the Federalist Society. Democrats fear and loath them which is why the dems wouldn't confirm Estrada.

Gonzales is not a Feddie. In fact, if confirmed, he will be the first Republican AG that was not a feddie since that group was organized in 82. Bush nominated Gonzales to avoid a fight because almost all the judges he renominated are feddies and that is where he chose to fight.
