Doesn't it take money to file court cases? Where's Newdow getting his money for his frivolous lawsuits? He should be penalized by the judicial system.

"let's see ACLU remove these crosses from Federal Property" Wouldn't that be a legal battle. Problem is that the ACLU is selective for quick gain at our tax payers expense. Courts shouldn't even address these so called emergency lawsuits - he had 4 years plus. This guy's menopause is worse than womens (womens excuse the example) We need to Have Congress address that issue. American's against ACLU are going to have to get down and dirty to beat them at their game. Revolts

Is the cemetery in Hawaii?

Just another anti-American, anti-Christian, anti-morals moron that should be escorted out of the country. Again, the only reason this is being heard, is DUE TO THE LEFTIST MSM. We should take this POS, put a chute on him, fly him over Iraq and drop him out, and let our Marines take care of him.

Here we see what happens when the Court misinterprets the Constitution. Newdouw ought to be fined for wasting our taxpayer money on frivolous lawsuits.

"Where does this idiot (Michael Newdow) live? In San Francisco?"
A question?
Where in the US, are you registered to vote; and did you vote in the last or any US election? Just wondered.

We call Newdow and those like him who fight vehemently against theology "atheists" only because we do not have a term for this new vociferous group of people. We have only the terms atheist, agnostic and theist for those who believe there is no deity, those who are not committed to believing in either the existence or the nonexistence of God, and those who believe in a god. However, I would suggest that Newdow and his ilk actually represent a new group which comprise aspects of atheism and theism. These people believe there is a God but they hate him. I suggest the term "theophobe" for these people.

Has anyone stopped to consider how much free publicity this shyster is getting over this? Personally, I'd bet he couldn't care less about whether a prayer is read, just so long as he can get as much press as possible.
He isn't an atheist, he's a lawyer...
