Declaring the crisis in Social Security as "nonexistent" because it will provide 80 percent of current benefits through 2075 I guess if my checking account can provide 80 percent of the current funds for the checks I write I won't be in any trouble huh? Or if I pay 80 percent of the electric bill this month.
Maybe we should have the Treasury only pay Teddy 80 percent of his salary until he leaves the Senate. Not a problem, right?

You have Kennedy admitting that Social Security is going to cut benefits 20%, or that it will run out of money about 2061.
He doesn't even realize what this means.

I guess if my checking account can provide 80 percent of the current funds for the checks I write I won't be in any trouble huh? Never fear. Ted and the Dims have the answer. Just increase federal spending on medicare and other socialist programs. That's the ticket!
