Seeing how Hollywood stars look in their old age injects a useful note of reality into that world of fantasy. I wonder if any of today's stars will look half as good as Virginia Mayo when their youth is gone. May she rest in peace.

Yes - but you know it's like when I look at my wife: I don't see her as she is now - I still see the young girl I married years ago. Thanks, Virginia, for all the great fantacies!

These days, they'll fight it for as long as they can with the money they have. I think Jamie Lee Curtis started a one-woman campaign to simply acknowledge: age happens.
