Her request rests on federal rules that allow an original party to request a ruling be vacated when factual and legal changes make the decision no longer just.

Said request must be submitted within one year of the ruling. She's only 31 years late.

"The entire basis of action is McCorvey's admission that she perjured herself. The proper time for her to have admitted this was in 1973. She didn't do it then, or within a reasonable time thereafter."

First of all, no McCorvey's admission is not the entire basis of this action. There is also ultrasound that is very definitive today, if it existed 30 years ago, it was not definitive. Second there is amniosentisis which can be done to determine DNA which we did not have back in the early 70s.

Now let me ask a question. If a person used a situation to lie and it caused a war and people died from that war, and 30 years later people were still dying from that war are you saying that the person who started the war based on a lie can not go back to the same venue that was used then to correct that lie in order to save more from dying in the future?

Are you speaking for God here? Are you saying this with Godly authority? Or just being negative and pessimistic? There's power in united prayer, no matter what say the naysayers. I believe the stronghold of Roe vs. Wade will definitely be broken, without a doubt. :o) Glory Hallelujah, Jesus Christ is Lord Amen

Jesus thinks you are too uptight. He told me so.

Call me a skeptic, but the majority of current justices have made their minds up on this already. All the pro-life movement can do now is wait for some retirements (Stevens, Ginsburg, and O' Conner). For the time being, it looks like William Rehnquest will be the first to step down.

Guys, wake up. Not happening.

Why are we even pushing this case now? Just wait till Bush replaces Renquist and one Liberal, then we MIGHT have a chance at it.

Before then? Forget it.
