I doubt if the Supremes will hear case---like other posters, I just don't see how this has gotten this far!!!
I have to hand it to Jeb Bush for sticking with this, though. He could have stopped after his initial involvement.
Legally, aren't the courts doing exactly what they claim the governor is doing- cutting out the other branches? Are you really telling me that the legislative and executive branches have no say in these matters- that it is only the domain of the judicial branch?
