Be glad you missed it and thank you for your work in Ohio.

I was furious at DRUDGE, certain bloggers and the people losing their senses when those numbers hit. The stock market even went on a dive!!

I remember being shaken after the first wave, and then I had to go to class that evening (couldn't miss it, even on that momentous day--had to give a presentation about the Northeast Blackout of 2003). Anyway, I was constantly checking the reports of the precincts, and become more buoyed by confidence. After class was over, I rushed back to my apartment, where I was hosting an Election Party. Most of the folks who turned out were JK supporters who had come to exult triumphantly in my presence. They ended up leaving early! What a night.
