What they almost say but don't is that geese have so overpopulated Ohio that you can just about walk up to a flock and grab a couple by the necks. They should put hunting in " --".
IMHO you're onto something.
The machine will support her, provided it's her gears running it.
If the NY state voters turn her down -- preferably in the primary, and of course that depends on getting someone to run against her, IOW, that she is vulnerable somehow -- in 2006, it won't be so difficult to snuff her candidacy for president.
To beat her in 2006, the best approach involves pointing out that she's going to announce her candidacy for the presidency within a year of getting sworn in to her second senatorial term; that is something of a vulnerability at the primary level in the senatorial reelection campaign.
Also, it's always appropriate to mention that we need term limits. 535 job openings, 300 million citizens.
