While it is true that a lot of women today have become fatalists about ever finding a soul-mate who will be faithful, I contend that the majority of women who permit themselves to be used in this way are hoping, desperately hoping that he will come back. The easy ones are not a challenge and so the need for conquest is thus gone, so he--seeking new exploits rather than validation in a traditional man's role--is off on another quest and both leave the one-night-stand as walking wounded--not just physically ("safe sex" with condoms notwithstanding) -- but also in the spiritual realm; in Genesis we are told two become one....

But the male who takes advantage of an easy girl tears her down and uses her and shows his own lack of respect for himself and her as anything more than pigs makin' bacon. God didn't intend it that way.
