Well, it's a miracle I saw it; it was given to my son-in-law as a joke for Christmas; so my little 3 year old granddaughter brings it to me TO READ TO HER.....and the first thing I see is a drawing of Dick and Jane and Daddy going over and finding Grandmother lying on the floor.......LOL.....

Many thanks for posting this. I saved Matzoh Number Five on one of my old computers, but lost track of it. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get the Quicktime Plugin to save it again on my hard drive. It only seems to want to play it.

Howza 'bout deeming Dick and Jane sacrosanct and leaving them alone? I learned on the McGuffey Readers and have no complaints.
I wasn't taught rainbow think, diversity celebration, or self-empowerment by Dick and Jane. My little child brain simply learned to read.
