True, but the only thing they hate worse than each other is the US and its allies. They can tolerate each other long enough to attempt to defeat us. That region of the world views things in terms of centuries, not the decades that we use to judge outcomes. It's trite, but the saying still is: "The enemy of my enemy is my friend" They have enough hate to go around! They can spend a few decades hating us then go right back to several more centuries of hating each other.
