Clear violation of what rights? Right to privacy? Where in the constitution does it mention a right to privacy? It doesn't. I flew to LA and back during that time and since I didn't consort with terrorists, rob banks, buy drugs or do anything else illegal, I'm not much worried about the FBI tracking me and my airline meals which were not kosher but were pretty tasty.
So the FBI knows that I flew to Italy and returned from Greece in July of 2001. They know that I bought some wallets and belts in a shop in Florence. They know I bought some sort of a crappy lunch at a restaurant on the Corinth canal.
I wish they would write and tell me what I ordered, because I don't remember.
