Poison Bullets?

Once you get them moving a 1000 feet per second or so, they are all pretty poisonous.

Maybe they were not depending on the women getting a head shot - thus the poison bullets

You're assuming she would have been able to sneak in a .45 or 9mm. If the best she could conceal was a .22, then hollowpoints loaded with ricin or some other lethal agent would have been indicated
