Kerry: Arabs frustrated by U.S. policies

Cairo, Egypt, Jan. 12 (UPI) -- Former U.S. presidential candidate Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., Wednesday said in Egypt that Arab countries are frustrated by U.S. policies in Iraq.

Speaking after talks with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, Kerry said he noticed during his Middle East tour most countries were unhappy with the poor U.S. efforts to end the violence that has been raging for 21 months in Iraq.

"All countries in the region have great interest in ending the violence in Iraq and they actually feel frustrated because they don't see necessary steps taken to achieve security and stability," he said.

Kerry also accused the Bush administration of negligence in planning the post-Saddam Hussein phase, which allowed the rise of terrorism in Iraq.

He urged Washington to multiply efforts to build strong Iraqi security forces capable of confronting the terrorist attacks being waged by remnants of the ousted Baath regime and Islamic fundamentalists.

Kerry visited Egypt as part of a Middle East tour that took him to Syria, Jordan, Kuwait, Iraq, Israel and the Palestinian territories.

"Not a chance for plain truth anymore, my friend. We are far too PC-whipped now days."

PC is dead. That's the real reason the Rats are so sad. They figured on November 2nd that a majority of Americans killed their utopia of shutting everybody up who doesn't speak ACLU.

Personally I think that it's up to us to carry this out now and confirm the Rats worst nightmare.

Speak up! The witch is dead.

Tell Kerry and his Arab friends to pound sand!

It's their people that are causing the violence. Our Troops are in harms way defending the USA and this liberal SOB has such an ego he could care less of what violence he is promoting to demoralize our Military.

Stay in the ME, JF*ckingKerry, we don't need your kind of "patriotism" here in the USA!

I'm e-mailing this to everyone I know and recommending they do the same. This man can kiss '08 goodbye.

Jimmy Carter Wannabe
Remember John Kerry? He was the haughty, French-looking Massachusetts Democrat who by the way served in Vietnam, and last year he came somewhat close to almost being elected president. Now Kerry seems to be following in the footsteps of the worst recent ex-president, Jimmy Carter, traveling the world and bad-mouthing American foreign policy.

Kerry "Wednesday said in Egypt that Arab countries are frustrated by U.S. policies in Iraq," United Press International reports:

Speaking after talks with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, Kerry said he noticed during his Middle East tour most countries were unhappy with the poor U.S. efforts to end the violence that has been raging for 21 months in Iraq. . . .

Kerry also accused the Bush administration of negligence in planning the post-Saddam Hussein phase, which allowed the rise of terrorism in Iraq.

The Arabic News adds that in a meeting with Egypt's Prime Minister Ahmed Nazif, "Kerry admitted that the US committed terrible mistakes in Iraq." "Admitted"? Bellyaching about America's supposed mistakes in Iraq was the central theme of Kerry's presidential campaign, which the American people rejected, in part because he didn't have anything to say that went beyond bellyaching.

The Associated Press reports that Kerry, who in addition to looking French "has relatives in France and speaks French," is meeting today with France's President Jacques Chirac, who though a formal ally has been a consistent adversary of U.S. interests. We can breathe a sigh of relief that President Bush, and not Kerry, is to be inaugurated next week. Can you imagine the president of the United States meeting with Jacques Chirac?

"All countries in the region have great interest in ending the violence in Iraq and they actually feel frustrated because they don't see necessary steps taken to achieve security and stability," he said.

Thank GOD this idiot did not win the election. Just about every government in the region does NOT want the Iraq experiment to succeed. The fact that Kerry cannot grasp that basic fact shows he would have been an abject disaster as president.

So, having said that, I will repeat my open letter to John Kerry that I posted on an earlier thread, with a bit more emphasis because he didn't get the message last time.

Dear Occasionally Senator Kerry:

You lost the election. You are not president. You lost the election. You are not president. You lost the election. You are not president. You lost the election. You are not president. I'm just so very interested to hear Senator Kerry's views on the situation in the Middle East. I care about that almost as much as I care about what the Egyptians think.

This is the same moron who was bashing Bush to the troops during his visit till he caught himself and realized who he was talking to

Kerry is an arrogant ignorant POS .. who needs to shut the heck up and stop undermining US efforts to bring some kind of peace to that reign

Thank G*d this idiot wasn't around during WWII .. him and his buddy Ramsey Clark would be undermining that war and defending Hitler

Why did Kerry go around the arab world (including France which is half arab) anyway?

Did he book non-refundable tickets and thought he would start his "welcome to my presidency" tour now and be back for the inauguration? Maybe he had it all planned and wanted to sell tickets personally to his best buddies in the mosques of Mekka and the nazilover palace in Paris?

Surely, Kerry's text had to be rewritten - or so one might think. Perhaps he even went with his original memo and instead of selling tickets to his inauguration, he sold Kerry election memorabilia.

We can only speculate at this point...

If Kerry had been around then and had pulled any stunts like this, he wouldn't have been able to return to the US.

DENIED ENTRY

Or he would have returned only to find himself hanging from the next tree.

Ahh.. the good ole times.

One of the reasons that the "Arabs" are discontent is that Iraq is a 'melting pot' of the middle east. Many Iraqi are not "Arabs,"... they, as the Iranians, consider themselves "Persians." In effect, the coming elections will, by numbers, favor the Persians (Shi'ites) and disfavor the Arabs (Sunni).
The Middle Eastern people are "Oh, so tolerant." How the PC crowd that Kerry purports to represent, embraces the intolerant Islam, is the core of their hypocrisy. In the end, it depends on just whose ox is being gored.

Like a typical liberal. In other words "Its all Americas fault".

We are fighting and sorry Senator, winning a battle against some of the most blood thirsty bast##ds that history has seen.We are there to destroy those that would seek to attack us whether in Iraq or in NYC.

Kerry and most dems have never viewed foreign policy any farther than what they think will be a gushing headline in the NYT or Washington Post the next day.

Because the impulse of the Vietnam-era left is to apologize for this country.
