Yes, he is. I'd be willing to bet a photo of him sitting in the front seat of a very fast fire engine with his ears blowing rearward would look fantastic.

Creative Name! How in the world did you think of that one?
There is no better friend than a dog! IMHO, Buddy was the only one that gave Bill Clinton unconditional love and I often wonder if it was Hillary behind the wheel of the car that ended the earthly demise of dear Buddy.
