I thought Joe beat Mao. Of course, I've heard wildly divergent numbers for the former (20 mil, 50 mil, 60 mil). The little corporal, on the other hand, has the highest murder-per-year average.

Actually, that dubious distinction probably goes to either Pol Pot (another fellow toiler), or, more likely, the Hutus in Rwanda.
