Which is more degrading? putting panties over a terrorists head? OR a Terrorists beheading an American soldier, filming it and then having it broadcast all over the world?
I guess in the eye of this court, panties over the head is worse.
I think as a soldier in Iraq, hearing/reading/watching our news media make a circus out of B.S. reporting must be very frustrating.
The Kennedy's, Pelosies, Boxers, McCains, and the likes, along with the "Cry Me A River" liberal media should be the ones to spend time in jail. What do they really know about war?

It's time the media is pulled out of on-the-spot reporting positions and let the military do their jobs.
