What should he get for a sentence?
My vote:
Reduction to E-1, Total Forfeitures, Dishonorable Discharge, 2 years confinement.
I was thinking 5 years ... but I gave him a discount for serving in a combat zone.
NO! Ten years in Leavenworth with Marine MPs in charge of his keep would be better.
Two years and a BCD sounds about right to me. Now, if the civilian authorities want to go after him for what he did in the U.S. prisons that would be fine too. And, I might add, if they had done that to begin with all this would probably been avoided. At the time though he was probably protected by his "union".
