Physical exams were irrelevant to someone like GWB who'd already taken physicals and flown for 3 years and no more flying was required (on top of that, the F-102 had started to be phased out anyway); they were never considered worth writing him up for except in the FAKE memos, the source of which SeeBS refuses to identify. The attitude of SeeBS and everyone who sided with them seems to be that it's OK to plant evidence if you think -- or at least hope -- someone's guilty.
