The kid is 20 years old ... give him a break. He was born in 1985, granted, in a perfect world he would be a tad more sensitive to older generations. However, his mother was, to say the least, flighty ... his dad, a pompous ass ... both of liberal persuasion ... what do you expect?
His grandmother and great-grandmother should have talked to him about the Blitz.
