I've gotta gree with you on this one. Once we (Man) heads into the wilderness, we aren't always at the top of the food chain. It just wouldn't be the same out there without wolves and bears. What's the point of doing it if there's no risk?

"we aren't always at the top of the food chain"

Now that's exactly why I'll never SCUBA dive or swim more that about 30 feet out in the ocean. If you stop moving in the water long enough, even the little fish will feed on you.

The point is we have always had predators.

my ancestors helped eradicate most of the wolves for good reason back when few lived in Idaho.

Now they have introduced a species of wolf that is twice the size and thrives more than anyone guessed.

Now Idaho is one of the fasted growing states and these wolves are coming too close to home.

They are also wiping out our elk and moose herds, which is a huge % of our customs, culture, and economy.
