The spokesperson said the DA's office did 'not' see this as a 'free speech issue'.
It's gone beyond a free speech issue. It's become an issue of governmental abuse of constitutional rights. Such crimes committed by government officials should be ranked among the most heinous of crimes. This DA should be prosecuted and imprisoned for this illegal abuse of power. At this point, there is no other acceptable remedy.
