"Oprah's Book Club always chose books in which women had miserable lives and were victims of the universe."

Apparently, that's the kind of stories women like. Look at the Lifetime channel--all the movies they show portray women as victims who are either hunted or abused by evil men.

And those evil men are major closet queers so jealous and envious of women in general to the point of using them then disposing of them when convenient a la McGreevy and his ilk.
