What is it for AF Basic, "Quit Pushin'?"

I thought that it was, "When can I call home and then go on base liberty?"

Years ago I went to the Armed Forces Staff College and much of what we did was TPFDL (Prioritize unit and equipment for deployment) training. The standing joke was that the AF needed to get the O Club and swimming pool facilities in place first.
