Congratulations "A1C Scourge"

The Air Force is a good life experience for those who take it seriesly, and avail themselves of the educational opportunities that are offered. Use it

I went through the Medical Service Specialist (AFSC 902X0) school at Sheppard AFB in 1976, good program. The only problem I had was steering clear of the Airmen's Club (grin).

When I served the Air Force had a pretty liberal "JDA" (joint duty assignment) policy. With any luck, maybe you and your wife will be assigned to the same base.

LOL, I got hammered for the same exact thing.

Good luck, and serve well brother in blue.

Great job.

One of my favorite memories of basic was the bus ride out. A bus full of people and our permanent party escort told us, "you're in the Air Force now and basic is over, relax." None of us believed him thinking that they would somehow sneak in one last shot at us. It didn't happen but many of us still kept an eye out until we got to Lowry.
