Fat Teddy has never paid a cent in taxes to the IRS in his entire misspent life, thanks to the trust fund set up by Papa Joe. When asked, he shrugs and says he doesn't know the terms of the trust. Here in Taxachusetts, this should have been an issue every time he ran for the senate, but somehow the republicans let it go.
