They are not banning cardboard signs at the parade. They cannot be thicker than one-quarter inch, by 3 feet high, 20 feet long (cloth or posterboard.)

They are banning posters at the ceremony itself, however.
I had posters that I wanted to bring to the parade but they won't be allowed inside when I go to the actual swearing in. These were posters I had from a rally Race held in Conn. and I really wanted to bring them.
