Well, if you look closely, he is saying that he wont be able to see him until he, himself, is dead (nor will the baby be able to see his sisters and brothers. It says "I know your brothers and your sister and your mother too" and follows with

Its obvious the writer of the song is tormented by the abortion by the "where is my gun" line probably suicidal about it. It also gives you a peek at the road he has taken to deal with the loss which looks like hard drugs. Quite the vision Planned Parenthood doesnt want you to know about.

The song is laden with the emptiness the father feels about the loss of the baby (through abortion, hence the title "Abortion").

It's not obvious to me at all. When I read the lyrics, it appears to be communicating the emptiness and desparation of an individual hooked on drugs.
